3. Telehealth services and clinical decisions

Ours uses the OpenLoop provider network to connect eligible patients with independent licensed clinicians and professional entities. Clinical services are provided by those clinicians and professional entities, which are solely responsible for the healthcare services they provide and their independent professional judgment. Neither a visit to this site nor completion of any future intake guarantees a consultation, prescription, insurance coverage, or a particular outcome.

If telehealth services are made available through Ours, they are available only where permitted by law and after an appropriate clinical evaluation. Providers independently determine eligibility, diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions.

4. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be at least 18 years old to use any adult telehealth service offered through Ours, unless a future service expressly states otherwise. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when requested and not to use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive purposes. Do not submit another person’s information without authorization.

5. Electronic communications

If you provide contact information through an authorized Ours experience, you agree that Ours and the applicable care provider may communicate with you using the method you select, subject to applicable law and the relevant consent or notice. The public website includes browser-only demo experiences that must not be used to submit real health, contact, insurance, or payment information.

6. Third-party services

This site may link to or rely on third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. If a clinician prescribes medication, any pharmacy, laboratory, payment processor, or other service provider involved in fulfillment remains responsible for its own services and legal obligations.

7. Pharmacy and fulfillment; shipping; packaging

The Website may facilitate prescription orders placed by your Provider. Where applicable, prescriptions may be fulfilled by partner pharmacies (“Partner Pharmacies”) and/or a pharmacy of your choice, depending on the program and your location. You authorize Providers and the Website to transmit prescription information to one or more pharmacies for dispensing and shipment, as permitted by law. Any prescription orders are at the professional discretion of your Provider.

Pharmacy transfers: Your prescription may be transferred among pharmacies for fulfillment, availability, pricing, or operational reasons, consistent with law and your instructions.

Shipping: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to pharmacy processing, verification, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors.

Temperature-sensitive products: Certain medications require refrigeration or other handling. You are responsible for receiving shipments promptly and following storage instructions.

Child-resistant packaging: Some medications may ship in non-child-resistant packaging when permitted. Keep all medications out of reach of children.

“Pharmacy” means any pharmacy (including compounding pharmacies, where permitted) that may fulfill prescriptions issued by a Provider. Always directly contact your Provider or other qualified healthcare professionals with any questions regarding your personal health or medical conditions.

8. Partner Pharmacies

When applicable, the following Partner Pharmacies may fulfill prescriptions issued by a Provider. Pharmacy availability may vary by treatment, patient location, applicable law, and operational circumstances.

9. State Coverage

Services are available in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Medication and product availability varies based on clinical appropriateness, applicable federal and state laws, or other regulatory requirements. Not all therapies are available in all states. Availability is subject to change.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Ours name, logo, design, copy, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Ours and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without prior written permission.

11. Changes to the website or Terms

We may update the website or these Terms as the service evolves. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
