Privacy policy

Last updated October 3, 2026. This Policy explains the privacy practices for the current public version of tryours.com.

Health information is different. This Policy does not replace the OpenLoop Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how the OpenLoop Affiliated Covered Entity uses and discloses protected health information and explains patient privacy rights. Do not share personal health information through an unverified public channel.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through tryours.com and direct communications about this public website. Ours Health, located at 12636 High Bluff Drive, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92130, United States, operates this website. This Policy does not automatically apply to independent providers, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, or other third-party services, each of which may provide its own notices and policies.

2. Information on the public website

The current public site does not offer account creation, a public contact form, or a live clinical intake. It includes browser-only demonstrations of an intake, a no-charge checkout, and a client portal; these demos do not transmit or retain entries and must not be used for real health, contact, insurance, or payment information. Like most websites, the systems used to deliver a site may process limited technical information such as browser type, device characteristics, IP address, pages requested, and request timing. Ours will publish any additional analytics, cookie, advertising, or tracking disclosures before enabling those tools.

3. Future intake and clinical services

Ours uses the OpenLoop provider network for clinical care. When a secure patient intake is introduced, it will identify the responsible entity, explain the categories of information collected, and provide the applicable privacy notice and consent materials before information is submitted. Clinical-care information may be subject to separate health-information privacy requirements and notices. For clinical care provided through the OpenLoop provider network, review the OpenLoop Notice of Privacy Practices.

4. How information may be used

Technical information used to operate this public site may be used to keep the site secure, troubleshoot performance, prevent misuse, and improve the visitor experience. Any expanded data use will be described in an updated policy before it is activated.

5. Choices and controls

Most browsers allow you to manage cookies and related storage. You can also limit the information you choose to provide. If a future Ours service collects personal or health-related information, it will provide the relevant choices, consent options, and rights instructions in the notice associated with that service.

6. Security

Ours is designed to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service at issue. No online system can guarantee absolute security. A future clinical intake must use safeguards appropriate for the information it collects.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy as the website or services evolve. The effective date above shows the latest version. To ask a question about this Policy, visit Contact Us, email [email protected], or call (619) 473-4044. Ours Health will publish any additional privacy contact channel required for a live patient-information experience before collecting patient information.

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Prescriptions are issued only if a licensed clinician determines treatment is appropriate. Individual results vary.

Ours does not manufacture compounded medications and is not a pharmacy. Clinical services are provided by independent U.S.-licensed clinicians who determine eligibility based on your medical history and assessment responses. Completing an assessment does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and providers retain full discretion to prescribe or decline treatment. Product images are illustrative; the appearance and labeling of medication you receive will differ. Ours is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Novo Nordisk A/S or Eli Lilly and Company.
